Our Project

Our Comenius project is a joint project of seven European schools within the COMENIUS-PROGRAMME of the European Union. The project will take 3 years and all the schools are working under the title "Let's build Europe together".
The basic idea underlying this title is that we want to learn more from each other and about each other. For this purpose we have set up a common website, where all the partners in the project can present themselves and their work for the project. We have already established a common forum which enables students to communicate directly with one another. Although the preconditions in the seven partner-countries differ from one another, there were also certain topics which all the schools agreed to work on, such as presenting the respective school via the school homepage.

We are also doing short reports about school life, our towns, our areas and our countries, which will be produced by pupils within the normal school curriculum. The reports will predominantly be in English, although, if possible there may also be french and Spanish articles, which will hopefully allow the different partner countries to obtain a more intimate insight into life in Germany, Belgium, France, Britain, Czech Republic, Poland and Spain. Importantly it is the pupils who will have to organize and maintain the technical aspect of the project, e.g. digitalize the contributions and organize the Comenius-Homepage.

The whole project is meant to provide first-hand information about life in the partner-countries and enable students to get in contact with each other.
